I have to admit this changing the configuration files from one place to another under GNOME gets on my nerves sometimes. Anyway, I had to reset the music database for Rhythmbox, and it took me a couple of minutes to find it:

$ cd ~/.local/share/rhythmbox
$ mv rhythmbox.xml rhythmbox.xml.old
