[Mon Mar 26 11:55:20 CDT 2018]Here are a few nice CLI tools, if that's your cup of tea. First of all, keynav, included in the default repos with Debian Stretch. You can use this tool to control the cursor using the keyboard. Here is a demo: Second, milkmaid, a tool to interface with Remember the Milk. I must say, though, that I still prefer to use their own standalone app, which I downloaded sometime ago from here. It works fine, and it's officially maintained. Finally, we have mps-youtube, a tool to interact with YouTube. It allows you to search, download, view and convert videos from your terminal window. My problem with this latter app, as with so many other Python apps is that it crashes with a traceback about this or that Python module. Perhaps I'm not very lucky, but I've run into issues like that very often.
