[Tue May 31 11:47:31 CDT 2016]A few weeks back, a good old friend asked me why some of the pages on his website displayed an annoying black diamong with a question mark inside. The answer is that it is due to the document encoding. Check this for more details. In his case, someone had edited the HTML file using Microsoft Word, which had introduced a few extraneous characters. Bad idea.
