Instructions on how to look up dictionary definitions from your terminal:

$ sudo apt install dict

Tip on how to save a whole thread to a particular folder using the mutt email client:

<Esc> t
;s <folder>

In other words, you first tag the whole thread, and then save all tagged messages into the folder. {link to this entry}
